Requirements
- 3–5 years of software or data engineering experience.
- Extensive hands-on use of AI tools and LLM-based development over the past year.
- Professional English proficiency (C1/C2 minimum).
- Strong experience with Anthropic ecosystem: Claude API, Claude Agent SDK/Code, and MCP.
- Strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end (React) and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search, and agentic frameworks (LangGraph/LangChain).
- Working experience with at least one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Fluency with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Cursor).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
- Anthropic Certification (Foundations or Architect) required within first 2 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing interfaces in TypeScript/React and backend services in Python or Node.
- Implement agentic behavior including orchestration, tool calling, memory, and guardrails.
- Build RAG pipelines including ingestion, embedding, and vector search.
- Design and deploy agentic systems using Claude API, Claude Agent SDK, and MCP.
- Write evaluation suites and regression tests to monitor cost, latency, and quality in production.
- Develop, schedule, and monitor data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
- Communicate project progress and technical trade-offs to clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
