Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a UI Designer.
- Portfolio showcasing projects in FinTech, banking, e-commerce, or corporate sites.
- Expert, fluent proficiency in Figma.
- Deep understanding of Responsive Web Design (Grid systems, Breakpoints).
- Practical knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2).
- Ability to work with complex UI libraries and create scalable components.
- Proficiency in building high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Strong ability to translate business assumptions into UI.
- Ability to justify visual solutions based on best practices, WCAG, and strategy.
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail (typography, visual hierarchy, grid/spacing).
- Strong self-organization and file management skills.
Responsibilities
- Create polished user interfaces based on business briefs and collaboration with strategists.
- Build and develop components within complex design systems.
- Create interactive high-fidelity prototypes in Figma for testing and client presentations.
- Ensure the highest standard of accessibility (WCAG) and adaptability to various resolutions (RWD).
- Actively argue design decisions during meetings with clients.
