Requirements
- Current university student or recent graduate.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin proficiency for global stakeholder coordination.
- Strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand identity and market trends.
- Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, or corporate gifts (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Assist with creative merchandise (swag) sourcing for global campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across various themes.
- Support communication with vendors and designers, evaluate materials and production techniques, and follow up on sample development and production.
- Leverage AI tools to assist with data analysis, merchandise selection, cost estimation, and competitor merchandise benchmarking.
- Consolidate merchandise requirements from different regions, track project progress, provide status updates, and assist with inventory management.
