- Experience with Pydantic, async Python, and LLM agents
- Familiarity with tool-calling and observability/tracing
- Experience with AWS, S3, Airflow, Kubernetes, and MongoDB Atlas
- Knowledge of OCR, vision-language models, or GPU inference
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery for applied AI problems and compare approaches using real data
- Build evaluation sets and quality measures together with domain experts
- Develop structured extraction, RAG, and entity-matching capabilities
- Turn successful approaches into reusable Python components for applications and data pipelines
- Work with product and engineering teams to scope, integrate and release features
- Own delivery plans, progress and technical risks
