Requirements
- Experience going through the complete lifecycle of a software solution at least once.
- Knowledge in business process modeling using BPMN.
- Proficiency in requirements and user stories elicitation and analysis.
- Expertise in UML modeling (activity, state, and logical data diagrams).
- Proficiency in SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools.
- Familiarity with modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective documentation creation and maintenance abilities.
- Professional certification such as CBAP or equivalent.
- Professional certification in UML or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent.
- B2 proficiency in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, requirements, and user stories.
- Model business processes using BPMN notation.
- Create and maintain analytical and project documentation.
- Utilize modeling tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect.
- Collaborate across the project team to deliver solutions for an EU organisation.
