Requirements
- Bachelor or higher from an accredited institution in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
- 10+ years of Experience in Software Engineering.
- 3–5+ years in an architecture or technical leadership role designing scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience leading architecture design, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical evaluations.
- Experience building user-facing applications with embedded analytics (e.g., QuickSight, Power BI).
- Experience designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ETL workflows (e.g., AWS Glue, Lambda, Spark).
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture in AWS and/or Azure.
- Expertise in application performance optimization, data modeling, and distributed system design.
- Experience mentoring development teams on architecture patterns, cloud design, and analytics integration.
- Ability to travel up to 5% for business needs.
- Required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding (applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later).
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and evolution of BI and analytics solutions for healthcare coding and clinical data products for global customers.
- Implement Enterprise analytics best practices, data models, semantic models, agentic and generative AI analytics solutions for our global teams and customer base.
- Determine the BI architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices for delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
- Support Solventum HIS analytics development for both internal and external customers across the US and the globe.
- Work closely with teams throughout Solventum to deliver data-driven products.
