Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of fixed income trading flows, specifically RFQ execution models.
- Ability to clearly explain non-trivial systems and engage in technical discussions.
- Demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn new technologies and business domains.
- Humility and willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to align work schedule to US Eastern business hours for the first two months.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to read Java backend code is a plus.
- Experience with desktop runtimes like OpenFin or Electron is a plus.
- Computer science degree from a top Polish technical university is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript with the OpenFin framework.
- Ensure high application performance and reliability through well-structured code.
- Integrate frontend UIs with backend systems using REST APIs and data streaming.
- Contribute to architectural decisions to improve system scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the core product team to support the bank’s fixed income business.
