Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience in the Data & Analytics area.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and integration flows.
- Experience developing data governance policies and frameworks.
- Expertise in relational (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Familiarity with cloud-based database, warehouse, and lakehouse platforms.
- Expertise in Azure services including Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Python, Pyspark, R, or Scala.
- Experience in data profiling, cleansing, and quality assessment.
- Understanding of data security, privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and encryption.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with business requirements.
- Define and implement data governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Design data integration solutions including ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Oversee data platforms including relational, NoSQL, data warehousing, and Big Data solutions.
- Establish data quality standards and implement monitoring processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data strategy with business goals and objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct knowledge sharing and training on data architecture best practices.
