Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with hands-on Java/Core JEE platform expertise.
- Experience with cloud-native development including Quarkus and Java-based microservices.
- Deep understanding of JEE technologies (Spring, Hibernate, JMS) and NoSQL data stores.
- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and XML-RPC integration patterns.
- Experience with SQL complex queries, performance tuning, and database technologies (Oracle, MarkLogic, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including Angular, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Familiarity with AWS services (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, integrate, test and deliver scripts, code and services using agile DevOps methodologies in an AWS cloud environment.
- Work collaboratively with technical and business teams to develop and maintain business solutions following agile principles.
- Contribute to building a productive development organization and improving practices.
- Design and develop applications prioritizing simplicity, reliability, scalability, and performance utilizing Ruby on Rails and related technologies.
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot development and production problems.
- Support users by developing technical documentation, software reports, and plans.
