Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory, Agile).
- Experience designing test cases and managing defects.
- Experience working with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and Xray.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Fluent German (C1/C2) for daily cooperation with stakeholders.
- Good English communication skills (B2+).
Responsibilities
- Analyze user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, execute, and document test cases within Agile sprints.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Validate delivered functionality against business and technical requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects until resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Support user story acceptance and Definition of Done validation.
- Identify quality risks and recommend mitigation actions.
