Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE / FCUBS
- Hands-on experience with product setup, parameters, events, accounting roles, and rules
- Strong hands-on experience with core banking operations and account lifecycle
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, troubleshooting, and validation
- Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
- Experience working with XML messages
- Ability to analyse UNIX/Linux application logs
- Ability to read technical documentation and system specifications
- Proven experience in production and/or application support environments
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Analyse, develop, and improve functionality within the Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking platform
- Support platform-level development and reduction of accumulated technical debt
- Analyse and configure FLEXCUBE products, parameters, events, accounting roles, and accounting rules
- Support ongoing migration and banking transformation initiatives
- Analyse core banking processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Investigate production issues using database queries, application logs, interfaces, and technical documentation
- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL
- Analyse integrations using SOAP/REST web services and XML messages
- Collaborate with business, Core Banking, architecture, development, and support teams
