Requirements
- Commercial experience as a Senior .NET Developer
- Very good knowledge of .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core
- Experience with Minimal APIs and Dependency Injection
- Practical knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with event-driven systems
- Very good knowledge of Kafka or other message brokers
- Very good knowledge of SQL, including query optimization
- Experience in designing efficient, scalable backend applications
- Practical use of AI Assisted Development tools
- Experience in code review and teamwork
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Must reside and work from Poland
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new CRM system functionalities in .NET 8
- Create and evolve APIs using ASP.NET Core
- Develop distributed systems based on microservices architecture
- Design and develop inter-service communication using Kafka
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of developed solutions
- Participate in technical design, architectural decision-making, and code reviews
- Utilize AI tools across various stages of the SDLC
- Collaborate with the team, business stakeholders, and clients
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Participate in on-call rotations
