Requirements
- Master's degree or minimum 5 years of higher education.
- Minimum 15 years of professional IT experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with API and messaging (Apache Kafka, REST, SOAP).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps and Kubernetes container orchestration.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with the Camunda workflow engine.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in EU Cohesion Policy and Structural Funds.
- Oracle SCJP 6.0 Certification.
- OMG-OCUP-100 (OMG Certified UML Professional) Certification.
- Oracle 1Z0-047 (Oracle Database SQL Expert) Certification.
- APMG Agile Project Management Foundation Certification.
- English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop front-end architecture and user interfaces.
- Implement core business logic in back-end applications.
- Develop and integrate APIs including REST, SOAP, and Apache Kafka.
- Manage application deployment in cloud environments with CI/CD and Kubernetes.
- Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, and data validation.
- Perform unit and integration testing, debugging, and code validation.
- Document technical processes and system requirements.
