Job Details

Experience
2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of degree or 2 years in healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of healthcare experience in lieu of degree).
  • 2 years of healthcare operations, telehealth, clinical support, or digital health experience.
  • Ability to support clinical care delivery settings.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience supporting providers or clinical teams.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience with Epic, telehealth platforms, telephony systems, or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a critical extension of the Virtual Care & Digital Health (VCDH) clinical care team.
  • Facilitate clinical workflows to enable safe, timely, and effective patient care.
  • Coordinate provider participation in telehealth services.
  • Support real-time care delivery to remove operational or technical barriers for providers.
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors, Service Line Leaders, and Clinical Program Managers to align telehealth services with clinical care delivery.
