Requirements
- Master's degree in Statistics-related field and 3+ years industry experience, OR
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics-related field and 3+ years industry experience with 4+ years of SAS programming experience.
- Proficiency with SAS programming.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide input on data collection methods and coordinate electronic database transmissions to Sponsors.
- Support the randomization process by generating randomization schedules and plans.
- Develop statistical analysis plans for studies, including table shells and programming plans.
- Direct and oversee the execution of statistical analysis and summarization, including tables, figures, and data listings.
- Write statistical methods and results sections of reports.
- Review draft reports for consistency and completeness.
- Communicate with colleagues and clients regarding timelines and deliverables.
- Provide programming assistance as needed and interact with cross-functional teams.
