  • Current MD license in California.
  • Bilingual with medical fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Current DEA license.
  • Must reside in the US.
  • NPI required.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with telemedicine and remote care is a plus.
  • Board certification in Obesity Medicine is a plus.
  • Arizona license is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide synchronous and asynchronous patient care via telehealth.
  • Manage a concierge panel of 250 - 600 patients.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team including dietitians, exercise specialists, and behavioral medicine experts.
  • Implement evidence-based obesity and lifestyle medicine treatment strategies.
  • Create lasting and impactful relationships with patients while maintaining practice autonomy.
  • Navigate multiple digital platforms to support remote care delivery.
