Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps practices
- Experience building and operating platform solutions used by multiple development teams
- Good understanding of CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native technologies
- Experience in working with managed services
- Experience designing reliable, scalable systems and supporting production environments
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring practices
- Understanding of security fundamentals in cloud and Kubernetes environments
- Understanding of different programming languages (like Python, Java, Node.js, or Go) to pair with developers debugging services in production
- Ability to collaborate across engineering teams and provide technical guidance
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of platform capabilities and engineering standards
- Create and improve reusable deployment and infrastructure patterns for development teams
- Support the development of end-to-end software delivery processes, from code to production
- Collaborate with Security, Architecture, QA, and Operations teams on shared platform solutions
- Drive automation and self-service capabilities that simplify developers' daily work
- Improve platform reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across teams
- Contribute to the platform roadmap and help identify areas for continuous improvement
