Requirements
- Proven experience operating production Kubernetes clusters.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
- Experience managing CI/CD workflows with tools like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions.
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and fluency in shell scripting.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Go.
- Experience designing and managing observability platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
- Familiarity with GitOps-style deployment systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems, networking, and storage.
- Experience participating in on-call rotations for production incidents.
- Strong understanding of cloud platform components (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Commitment to security-first design principles and threat modeling.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain production Kubernetes clusters and system components.
- Design and implement CI/CD workflows for both infrastructure and application deployments.
- Build and operate observability systems using metrics, logs, and dashboards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex networking and storage issues in distributed systems.
- Automate operational workflows using Python, Go, or Bash.
- Contribute to architecture reviews, threat modeling, and secure infrastructure implementation.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response and postmortems.
