Requirements
- Strong experience with infrastructure and platform engineering.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines.
- Required experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in at least one of: Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Ability to pick up unfamiliar tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong debugging skills and patience for providing technical support.
- Experience working collaboratively (pairing, mobbing).
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and shape solutions independently.
- Strong focus on customer-centric engineering support.
- Genuine interest in AI-driven developer productivity tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain platform services for internal engineering squads.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and Golden Paths.
- Implement and support AI productivity tooling and agentic AI adoption.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional squads to resolve engineering blockers.
- Participate in an in-hours support rota to troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues.
- Prioritize work based on impact in an autonomous, kanban-driven environment.
