  • Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound, warm life insurance leads exclusively.
  • Utilize over 60 carrier partners to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Participate in a full training pipeline for new producers.
  • Engage in mentor-led sessions for early live calls.
  • Maintain high productivity independently without constant supervision.
