Requirements
- Around 10 years of experience in Finance, Finance Transformation, FP&A, Controlling, Audit, or Consulting.
- Proven experience leading transformation, operational excellence, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, operating models, and corporate finance functions.
- Experience working on Data, Analytics, Automation, Digital Transformation, or AI-related projects.
- Passion for emerging AI technologies and experimentation with innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills for driving change and engaging diverse audiences.
- Experience building knowledge-sharing communities and coaching teams.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Define the future-state Finance operating model by redesigning functions like FP&A, Treasury, Accounting, and P2P to leverage Generative AI.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI opportunities across corporate finance processes.
- Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered Finance applications as product owner and project manager.
- Support Finance teams in transitioning from manual activities to augmented and autonomous processes.
- Develop and manage the GenAI Finance knowledge management framework including prompts, documentation, and best practices.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to lead AI adoption.
- Track adoption, onboarding, and value creation KPIs.
