Requirements
- Proven experience owning a game, title, or content slate with demonstrated team and craft leadership.
- Broad cross-functional leadership experience across design, art, production, engineering, and product disciplines.
- Expertise in managing budgets, tracking margins, and driving financial performance for content businesses.
- Extensive experience running external development, including co-dev partners, outsourcers, and distributed teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience shaping proposals, scoping deals, and engaging with enterprise customers.
- Advanced AI literacy with experience building tools, automating reporting, and using AI agents in production pipelines.
- Hands-on technical capability to script reports, build tools, or wire up content pipelines.
- Ability to work tactically and build systems from the ground up rather than relying on existing staff functions.
- Proven track record of improving team velocity and delivery speed through process transformation.
- Experience in safety, industrial, or regulated content production is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Define and defend the craft bar to ensure the production of immersive, compelling, and accurate learning content.
- Manage the end-to-end production of learning modules, ensuring factual and procedural accuracy for safety-critical environments.
- Lead content strategy, including learning design, curriculum standards, and large-scale localization.
- Serve as the primary content authority for commercial proposals, bids, and enterprise customer negotiations.
- Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional craft leads in art, design, production, and learning design.
- Own production economics, focusing on margin, velocity, and the continuous improvement of production systems.
- Implement AI-driven workflows and agent-based tooling to automate authoring, reporting, and production pipelines.
