Requirements

- Proficiency in social media management platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter).
- Experience with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn) is a plus.
- Nonprofit or mission-driven marketing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar aligned with campaigns and events.
- Create eye-catching posts, graphics, and short videos that drive engagement.
- Manage community interactions (comments, messages, shares).
- Track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
- Support fundraising campaigns, event promotion, and recruitment ads.
- Collaborate with leadership and program staff to tell client success stories.
