Job Details

5–10+ years of professional experience in IT, software development, platform development, or a related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform.
Medallia Product Certification or higher – mandatory.
Proven experience in developing and configuring solutions within Medallia.
Strong understanding of Medallia survey, feedback, and Customer Experience capabilities.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing Medallia-based solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of software development and technical delivery processes.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Medallia platform supporting customer feedback and survey processes.
Develop, configure, and implement new features, functionalities, and enhancements within the Medallia platform.
Translate business and Customer Experience requirements into scalable and effective Medallia solutions.
Support the design and implementation of customer surveys, feedback programs, and related processes.
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Medallia platform.
Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, CRM, IT, and other business stakeholders.
Act as a Medallia Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical guidance to internal teams.
Ensure platform solutions follow agreed technical, security, and governance standards.
