Requirements
- Exceptional written communication, editing, and typing proficiency in both French and English.
- Must be located in CA (excluding SF Bay Area), CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NH, NJ, NC, NY (excluding NY City Area), OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, or WI.
- Undergraduate degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) preferred.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday).
- Availability during standard business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) for the first 10 business days for training.
- Reliable computer (Windows 10+ or macOS Catalina or newer) and high-speed internet.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to articulate ideas and complex feedback clearly and concisely in writing.
- High-level attention to detail and reading comprehension skills.
Responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and correct responses relating to business content and terminology.
- Review, score, and improve AI-generated responses.
- Evaluate prompts and responses across a wide range of topics.
- Perform QA checks on other annotators’ work and provide feedback.
- Apply critical thought and natural language skills to suggest improvements.
