Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of full-stack development experience.
- Expertise in the React and Node.js ecosystems.
- Solid experience with NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency with Docker.
- High level of skill with browser APIs, DOM, and HTML/CSS.
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor).
- Commitment to clean code and clean architecture principles.
- Strong focus on automated testing and code quality.
- Ability to mentor others and act as a team player.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and evolve both server and client-side applications.
- Take ownership of technical design, development, and testing processes.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and domain experts to define technical possibilities and limitations.
- Optimize API performance using tools for metrics and distributed tracing.
- Provide active feedback on the development lifecycle and team processes.
- Mentor team members and investigate new technologies to improve the stack.
