Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related solutions.
- Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or other AI tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Experience designing and implementing automations.
- Understanding of integrations between Microsoft solutions.
- Ability to independently analyze business problems and propose technical solutions.
- Good collaboration skills for working with clients and project teams.
- Proficiency in English for technical documentation and project communication.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus, though not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for AI and automation improvement.
- Build solutions supporting both clients and internal NMI teams.
- Integrate solutions across different elements of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Collaborate with project teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations.
- Test, monitor, and evolve deployed solutions for performance and security.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support.
- Stay current with Microsoft AI developments to apply new capabilities effectively.
