Requirements
- Professional Salesforce development experience including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ability to debug and maintain existing Salesforce codebases.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform configuration (flows, custom objects, permission sets).
- Professional experience building, maintaining, or supporting C#/.NET applications.
- Working knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, Blob Storage, and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce managed package architecture, including 1GP and 2GP migrations.
- Strong debugging skills to distinguish between configuration issues, code bugs, and integration failures.
- Ability to work independently within a varied technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teammates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical escalations by resolving Tier 3 bugs and issues.
- Build and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and platform automation.
- Support and maintain C#/.NET aggregator and integration services.
- Manage Azure-hosted infrastructure, including Blob Storage and APIs.
- Diagnose whether issues require configuration changes or custom development.
- Work across Salesforce package architecture, including 1GP and 2GP migration.
- Partner with Customer Experience teams to solve escalated cases and improve support workflows.
- Contribute technical expertise for customer requirements and solution feasibility assessments.
