Requirements
- Track record of shipping small to medium size software projects.
- Proficiency coding in Ruby, Javascript, or Typescript.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fast learner capable of bringing previous knowledge to the position.
- Must reside in one of the approved 40 US states or Ontario, Canada.
- Available to work in Central or Eastern time zones (CST & EST) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Ruby on Rails.
- Deliver stories, tasks, or entire features.
- Pair program with team members.
- Participate in daily stands and weekly retros.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support.
