Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) accounts in the Retail and CPG sector.
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity.
- Strong technical background in big data, data science, and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated ability in data-driven business transformation.
- 3+ years of experience with design and implementation of big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP.
- Experience with full lifecycle data science solutions.
- Ability to maintain and extend production data systems.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Databricks Certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical voice for up to 9 clients.
- Lead customers on a transformational journey, helping them evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
- Implement the technical strategy within the account.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
