Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Working proficiency across Apex, Flow Builder automation, and LWC development
- Experience working in two-week sprint cadence with defined sprint gate quality controls
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, and record types for the assigned capability area
- Develop Flow-based automation: record-triggered flows, screen flows, subflows, before/after save contexts, and invocable actions
- Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) for user-facing views, dashboards, and interactive features
- Participate in code reviews, author unit test cases, and support QA/Test engineers
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and user engagement sessions
- Write clean, documented code and follow secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) practices
- Contribute to technical documentation
