Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or similar technical field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in modern full-stack web-application development.
- Experience building and shipping multiple large software products using agile methodologies.
- Strong fundamentals in Java, SpringBoot, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, microservices, and relational databases.
- Experience with automated testing (TDD), CI/CD, and monitoring/alerting.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as Angular, Redux, and NgRx.
- Familiarity with Docker and RabbitMQ.
Responsibilities
- Build robust and scalable software using a variety of tools and languages.
- Design and create services and system architecture.
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code, conducting unit tests, automation, and code reviews.
- Define architectural improvements to support significant growth in traffic and volume.
- Implement industry best practices including DRY, YAGNI, TDD, and CI/CD.
- Work with product, design, and data science teams to formulate use cases and technical solutions.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas to technology, algorithms, and products.
