Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in information technology or design, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum five years of industry-specific experience, including five years of front-end development.
- Extensive experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with two or more JavaScript libraries, preferably Angular.js and jQuery.
- Expert knowledge of web standards and cross-browser compatibility.
- Proficiency in version control systems such as Subversion and/or Git.
- Experience with Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
- Strong UI design skills including user-centered design, UI heuristics, and prototyping.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Translate design compositions into clean, semantic, and responsive webpages.
- Develop functional client-side and server-side code backed by automated tests.
- Perform senior-level system assessments, design, and implementation of web applications.
- Lead development efforts for usability, A/B, and multivariate testing.
- Act as a technical lead, mentoring junior team members and performing code inspections.
- Collaborate with business owners, designers, and IT teams across matrixed projects.
- Manage code promotion across development, test, and production environments.
