Minimum 5 years of commercial programming experience in C#.
3–5 years of experience working with Unity.
Very good knowledge of application architecture, design patterns, clean code, SOLID principles, and good programming practices.
Experience in designing and developing scalable systems.
Proficiency with profiling, performance optimization, and CPU/GPU/memory bottleneck analysis.
Good knowledge of application lifecycle and game development process.
Good knowledge of Git.
Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code.
Experience in debugging complex technical problems.
Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced team members.
Knowledge of AI code generation tools (codex, claude code).
Ability to communicate technical issues to business or design teams.

Design and create architecture for new game features and systems.
Implement new functionalities in Unity and C# ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
Co-create the technical vision for the project and propose development directions for code and architecture.
Make technical decisions regarding project development and solution quality.
Develop and maintain existing systems and production support tools.
Collaborate with game designers, artists, QA, and producers to translate design assumptions into technical solutions.
Identify technical risks and propose solutions to mitigate problems at later stages of production.
Optimize project performance and stability.
Support the team through code reviews.
