Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining complex design systems.
- Strong leadership experience or aptitude.
- Ability to conduct Design Sprints.
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and standard design tools.
- Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to understand technical implementation.
- Experience with UX optimization tools like Hotjar or Clarity.
- Experience in Interaction and Motion Design.
- Ability to create both Low-Fi and High-Fi prototypes.
- Experience designing for retention and monetization models (e.g., Hook Model).
- Familiarity with Asana and AI-powered design tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop, scale, and maintain the product design system.
- Lead design efforts for the iGaming product, including CS2/e-sport platforms.
- Conduct Design Sprints and mentor junior designers.
- Collaborate closely with developers and Product Owners on implementation.
- Design interactive, motion-rich UI components and micro-interactions.
- Analyze user behavior using Hotjar/Clarity to optimize product UX.
