Requirements
- At least 6 years of commercial experience in Android application development
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin
- Hands-on experience with the Android SDK
- Practical experience building modern user interfaces with Jetpack Compose
- Solid knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency using Coroutines
- Experience with automated testing and CI/CD practices
- Experience maintaining scalable mobile applications
- Fluent communication skills in Polish (C2)
- Fluent communication skills in English (C1)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, stability, and responsiveness
- Enhance existing solutions through refactoring, code optimization, and continuous architectural improvements
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline development, testing, and release processes
- Deliver high-quality, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to technical decision-making
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering standards, best practices, and software quality
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support development and operational processes
