Requirements
- 5+ years total experience in software engineering, IT infrastructure, or cloud operations.
- 3+ years in a dedicated DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, Terraform preferred.
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Azure DevOps).
- Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of system and solution architecture for scale and resilience.
- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and release automation using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure using Terraform.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security, proactively resolving alerts.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement reliability improvements.
- Provide APAC timezone operational and on-call coverage, including follow-the-sun rotation.
- Automate manual infrastructure and deployment tasks to reduce risk.
- Collaborate with global software engineering, QA, and security teams.
- Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational procedures.
