Requirements

  • Completed doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatry, or a closely related mental health field
  • Experience assessing patients with depression and other mental health conditions
  • Experience administering the SCID, MINI, MADRS, and/or HAMD as part of research studies preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced technology start-up environment
  • Ability to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours to accommodate participant schedules

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and rate comprehensive clinical assessments and interviews with research participants
  • Screen participants for eligibility and administer study questionnaires
  • Accurately collect, organize, and enter research data into designated forms and databases
  • Adhere to best practices in data management throughout the study lifecycle
  • Participate in calibration meetings to ensure assessment reliability
  • Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal regulations relevant to the study
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing participant visits
  • Collaborate with faculty and the research team to ensure effective study execution
