Requirements
- Completed doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, psychiatry, or a closely related mental health field
- Experience assessing patients with depression and other mental health conditions
- Experience administering the SCID, MINI, MADRS, and/or HAMD as part of research studies preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Interest in working in a fast-paced technology start-up environment
- Ability to work occasional evening and/or weekend hours to accommodate participant schedules
Responsibilities
- Conduct and rate comprehensive clinical assessments and interviews with research participants
- Screen participants for eligibility and administer study questionnaires
- Accurately collect, organize, and enter research data into designated forms and databases
- Adhere to best practices in data management throughout the study lifecycle
- Participate in calibration meetings to ensure assessment reliability
- Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal regulations relevant to the study
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and organizing participant visits
- Collaborate with faculty and the research team to ensure effective study execution
