Requirements
- 0–3 years of professional experience in quant research, engineering, data, or markets.
- Strong quantitative foundation in probability and statistics.
- Proficiency in Python applied to financial modeling or data analysis.
- Experience with data tools such as R, MATLAB, SQL, or advanced Excel.
- Demonstrated interest and engagement with crypto and DeFi.
- Ability to stay composed and make sound judgments under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to escalate issues clearly.
- Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage trades across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) venues.
- Monitor positions, inventory, and P&L in real time, identifying and acting on risks.
- Build and improve desk tooling including position trackers, reporting dashboards, and hedging workflows.
- Analyze market and execution data to optimize fill quality and profitability.
- Develop expertise in market structure and protocol mechanics including AMMs and lending protocols.
