Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience with end-to-end delivery.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
- Proven ability to drive product discovery and run experiments.
- Experience identifying, collecting, and using metrics to support product decisions.
- Native-level German proficiency.
- Fluent English for team communication.
- Strong CS fundamentals and sound judgment regarding trade-offs.
- Experience integrating LLMs into production is a plus.
- Familiarity with GDPR and EU AI Act considerations is a plus.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own features across the entire stack from architecture through implementation and release.
- Engage with customers, partners, and sales to identify real pain points.
- Run product discovery by forming hypotheses and validating through experiments.
- Instrument ownership areas with metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Build pragmatic, scalable software balancing customer value with maintainability.
- Communicate asynchronously while prioritizing rapid delivery.
