Requirements
- 0-3 years of marketing experience (internships count).
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for drafting, editing, and research.
- Excellent attention to detail for catching typos, broken links, and tracking errors.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong general computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Clear, careful writing skills and comfort editing copy for tone and accuracy.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.
- A calm, steady approach when prioritizing under pressure.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like HubSpot or Canva is a plus.
- Interest in financial services, Medicare, or marketing to older adults is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in building and scheduling campaign content across email, SMS, direct mail, social, and web channels.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns remain on track across multiple credit union partners.
- Support QA of campaign assets, links, and tracking parameters before launch.
- Draft and format campaign content under the guidance of the manager while ensuring brand and Medicare compliance.
- Coordinate asset delivery to credit union partners and track review/approval status.
- Pull and organize campaign performance data into reporting templates.
- Help maintain dashboards and flag trends to the leadership team.
- Coordinate communications and scheduling with external marketing contacts.
- Support webinar and event logistics including registration and follow-up materials.
