Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with multi-site industrial experience preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or D365.
- Experience with eSourcing platforms.
- Fluent in English.
- Additional European language is a plus.
- Experience with indirect categories like MRO, IT, logistics, and facilities is preferred.
- Exposure to ESG principles is preferred.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate indirect spend data across European ERP and site systems to build dashboards for spend, supplier performance, and savings.
- Provide market intelligence, cost benchmarking, and supplier comparisons to support sourcing decisions and negotiations.
- Act as the regional point of contact for suppliers under global agreements, leading quarterly business reviews.
- Coordinate with plant procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure site-level alignment.
- Monitor site adherence to negotiated agreements and maintain the regional contract repository.
- Support the rollout of procurement tools and standardize sourcing practices across European sites.
