Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with C++ programming, particularly for developing and maintaining COM Add-Ins
- Experience with JavaScript for client-side scripting and enhancing user interactivity
- Understanding of Microsoft Office APIs and COM Add-In architecture for Excel
- Demonstrated experience handling large datasets, formula-heavy spreadsheets, or real-time data processing
- Proven ability to optimize performance, scalability, and application responsiveness
- Experience with debugging, profiling tools, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and multi-threading techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working effectively in distributed teams
- Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Office COM Add-Ins on Windows using C++ and JavaScript (NodeJS)
- Analyze performance bottlenecks in handling large datasets and implement optimization strategies
- Apply best practices to improve the scalability, speed, and usability of the add-in
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features for COM Add-In applications
- Conduct detailed performance analysis, profiling, and debugging to enhance stability and speed
- Work on real-time data integration and handle high-frequency updates
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to internal stakeholders and external clients
- Participate in a distributed team environment using remote collaboration tools
