Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 years of work experience in Graphic Design.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end strategic design with a focus on digital capabilities.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritize team demands, meet tight deadlines, and balance multiple projects.
- Experience in creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint (preferred).
- Experience with animation and motion graphics in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (preferred).
- Experience in interactive design such as responsive webpage concepts and data visualization (preferred).
- Experience working in an in-house creative team or agency environment (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Support and execute business strategies through creative, presentation and digital design for internal and external materials.
- Manage projects from initial creative kickoff through production.
- Provide creative direction, cross-training and mentorship to a small team of graphic designers.
- Collaborate with creative team members, cross-functional partners and marketing leadership to transform business objectives into innovative design solutions.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and providing quality, timely work.
- Present creative work and communicate visual ideas clearly to clients, team members, and leadership.
