Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master (Regular) or 5+ years (Senior)
- Strong practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams
- Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- English proficiency at C1 level
- Experience working in a SAFe environment (Nice to have)
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent) (Nice to have)
- Experience supporting Agile transformations (Nice to have)
- German proficiency at B2 level or higher (Nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and moderate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions
- Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and business goals
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile ways of working
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Monitor team progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support their resolution
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and leadership teams
