Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, IT analysis, project support, or a similar role.
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data cleansing.
- Good understanding of IT applications, infrastructure, cloud services, and technology environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business, procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts and related documentation to identify associated IT services, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Support contract mapping, classification, and traceability activities within the IT landscape.
- Consolidate, validate, and maintain project data in Excel-based inventories and trackers.
- Perform data analysis, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and stakeholder updates.
