Requirements
- At least 7 years of working experience with Java
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Proficiency in Microservices, GraphQL, and Kotlin
- Experience with Software Development processes such as design, planning, implementation, maintenance and documentation
- Understanding of data structures and problem solving approaches with the ability to articulate trade offs
- Experience with developing, debugging, and shipping software products on large code bases
- Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Strong ownership and communication skills
- C1 proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership within a small collaborative team of software engineers
- Apply best practices whilst adhering to engineering principles of writing high quality, secure, modular, functional and testable code
- Generate ideas with other team members and offer insightful solutions
- Attend meetings with clients and peers
- Provide customers with support and guidelines for developing their applications
- Collaborate in all stages of development from requirement discussions with the Product Owner to deployment in the cloud
