- U.S. Citizenship.
- Expertise in rapidly prototyping AI models, heuristics, and agentic solutions.
- Proven ability to translate vague business or national security challenges into concrete technical requirements and documentation.
- Competency in deploying production-grade code and taking end-to-end ownership of client problems.
- Experience evaluating, tuning, and measuring the effectiveness of AI/DS solutions.
- Expertise in integrating AI/DS solutions into agentic frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative experience working with cross-functional teams, including platform and data engineering.
- Ability to generalize unique AI/DS solutions into reusable features and skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop new AI methods and deploy working systems to solve complex defense problems.
- Rapidly prototype AI models, heuristics, and agentic solutions.
- Translate customer problem definitions and vague needs into concrete technical requirements and AI workflows.
- Evaluate solution effectiveness with customers, tuning and redefining as necessary.
- Deploy production-grade code and take end-to-end ownership of client problems.
- Collaborate with AI platform, agentic AI, and data engineering teams to build and generalize end-to-end solutions.
- Create agentic AI systems using AI orchestrators and reasoning capabilities.
