Requirements
- 5+ years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience managing international ocean and air freight bookings and rate structures.
- Direct experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL).
- Working knowledge of customs and trade compliance, including HTS classification.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically with transfer order management and receipt creation.
- Experience performing month-end inventory reconciliations.
- Strong written communication skills for cross-functional reporting.
- Ability to work independently and ramp up quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- NetSuite experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CBP ACE portal and EU/UK import processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end international inbound freight using Flexport and Amazon Global Logistics.
- Execute Amazon inbound programs including FBA shipments, AWD placement, and inventory management.
- Serve as the central point of contact for shipment status, keeping cross-functional teams informed.
- Coordinate customs clearance, trade compliance, and HTS classification.
- Partner with suppliers on shipping documentation, labeling, and cargo readiness.
- Maintain landed costs and perform inventory reconciliation in NetSuite.
- Resolve freight and 3PL issues, including invoice and deduction disputes.
