Requirements

Responsibilities
- Create new functionalities from backend to frontend.
- Write clean, maintainable code to ensure system scalability.
- Collaborate with the design team in 6-week sprints to meet real customer needs.
- Work with sales and customer support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Develop technical skills in a modern stack including Ruby on Rails 7, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, and StimulusJS.
